Salon Policy

NEW CLIENT POLICY

Anyone who is new to Salon Opal must fill out a New Client Form while awaiting approval for your appointment request. This will help provide us with a better understanding of your current hair and your future goals for your hair. Our New Client Form is a must have tool that helps us stylists provide you with an even more in-depth consultation at your first appointment with us.

EXTENSION POLICY

Any extension client is required to fill out an Extension contract before booking an  extension appointment or purchasing any extension hair. New clients who are looking to get extensions must book an Extension Consultation before any extension appointment can be booked.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice  will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked. Any “no-shows” or “no-calls” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients will not be able to book another appointment until that fee is paid.

If a guest is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse the full scheduled service.
